DELIVERY
Do I have to pay postage?
There are postal charges which will be calculated at the point of sale.

Can you guarantee delivery of my photograph by a certain date?
We aim to send you your artwork as soon as possible after receipt of your payment, and in many cases that will be within two weeks of your order. we do request that you allow at least 21 days between the date you place your order and the date by which you need to have received delivery.
Your artwork will be carefully wrapped in fine bubble wrap and placed inside a custom made cardboard box and dispatched via postal courier. Please note that all packages will need to be signed for upon delivery.

RETURNS
What happens if the print arrives damaged?
Great care is taken to wrap and pack your image carefully to avoid any damage in transit. However, if this does happen, we would ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Returns will need to be shipped back to the supplier at your own cost, we would ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
